The chicken yakitori skewers are marinated in an oriental sauce and served with a peanut sauce.

Combine in a deep bowl the sherry, sugar, 1/2 cup soy sauce, oil, and chopped green onions. Add the chicken and let it marinate for 15 minutes. Heat a grill to medium temperature and prepare the skewers using wooden sticks, placing 3-4 strips per skewer. Cook each skewer for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the chicken is fully cooked. Prepare the peanut sauce by combining peanut butter, chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, lime juice, minced garlic, and red chili in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Serve the skewers accompanied by the peanut sauce.
