In a medium skillet, heat the oil with the Knorr cube until it thickens and combines. Add the chicken and sauté for 15 to 18 minutes, making sure it doesn't cook too much as it will become tough. On the other hand, finely chop an onion. Do the same with the washed and disinfected spinach. Sauté the onion and spinach for 10 minutes and add the cream, leaving it for a few more minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add the teaspoon of garlic. When serving the chicken, place the spinach on top.
