Place the four legs with thighs in a pot with a lid, then add the stick of butter and the crumbled bouillon cube; next, add the potatoes cut into thick slices of about 1/2 cm, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with fine or Italian herbs, cover it, and let it cook on low heat for about 45 minutes. Remove it and serve it accompanied by a side of guacamole to give it that Mexican touch. Note that it is called bobo due to the simplicity of the recipe, but if you try it, I swear you will add it to your everyday recipe collection.
