Ingredients: 5 chicken cutlets; 2 cups mixed vegetables, finely chopped; 1/2 onions; 1 garlic; italian seasoning, for meats; 3 cascabel chiles, or colored chili; 3 tomatillos, cooked; 2 cups chicken bullion; salt, to taste; pepper, to taste; 2 potatoes, chopped and peeled

In a pot with water, boil the tomatoes with the chili until softened... separately, heat oil in a large pan. Prepare the Milanesa completely flattened, seasoned on both sides. Place the vegetables on one edge of the Milanesa and roll them up tightly, securing the end with a wooden toothpick to prevent it from unrolling. Do the same for each roll.
