For the chicken balls, in a bowl mix the chicken breast, California Bits Eva®, garlic powder, soy sauce, egg, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated. Add cornstarch and rice flour until a dough-like texture is achieved. Using your hands, form balls until the mixture is finished. Set aside. In a pan with oil, cook the chicken balls over low heat until fully browned. Cover and let cook for a few more minutes. Set aside.
