Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter, in cubes; 2 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless; salt; pepper; 1/2 cups onion, in strips; 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped; 2 cups Golden Delicious apple; 1/4 cups lime juice; 1/4 cups white wine; 3 tablespoons honey; 1 tablespoon mustard; 1 cup whipping cream; 1/2 cups apple juice; 1/2 cups chicken broth; salt; pepper; almonds, chopped; thyme

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, fry the chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Remove the chicken from the saucepan and set aside. In the same saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the apple and cook for a few minutes. Pour in the lemon juice, white wine, honey, and mustard; cook until the smell of the wine is no longer overpowering. Incorporate the chicken, add the heavy cream, apple juice, and chicken broth, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 8 more minutes.
