Ingredients: 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 6 guajillo chiles; 1/2 onions; 2 cloves garlic; 3 tomatoes; 1/2 teaspoons cumin, whole; 1/2 cups chicken broth; 2 tablespoons butter; 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, and halved; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoons pepper; guajillo chile, fried and julienned, for decoration; fresh cilantro, for decoration

In a pan, heat the oil and fry the guajillo chile, onion, garlic, tomato, and cumin. Add the chicken broth and let it reduce by half. Cool slightly. Blend the previous preparation and strain if necessary.
