Put water in a bowl with salt and gradually add the flour while mixing to avoid lumps. Let it rest for a few minutes and knead until it comes off your hands. Divide the dough into 3 balls, always wetting your hands a little to make the arepas, and on a greased cooking surface, cook them until they are golden brown. In a skillet, add a splash of oil and add the shredded chicken, minced garlic, and a well-crushed chicken bouillon cube; if you like, a bit of pepper is optional. Heat until slightly golden and set aside. Slice the tomatoes, onion, and avocado, and have the spreads ready. Open the arepas and add your preferred spreads, then place the avocado, onion, tomato, and finally the shredded chicken... And Enjoy!!! For dad's dinner on that special day with those who love him.
