Put water in a bowl with salt and gradually add the flour while mixing to avoid lumps. Let it rest for a few minutes and knead until it comes off your hands. Divide the dough into 3 balls, always wetting your hands a little to make the arepas, and on a greased cooking surface, cook them until they are golden brown. In a skillet, add a splash of oil and add the shredded chicken, minced garlic, and a well-crushed chicken bouillon cube; if you like, a bit of pepper is optional. Heat until slightly golden and set aside.
