For the sweet and sour sauce: in a small pot over medium heat, melt the butter, add the stout beer, garlic, green onion, onion powder, habanero pepper, McCormick® mango and habanero jam, cook for 10 minutes, or until it reduces and has a semi-thick consistency. Let it cool and set aside. For the wings: in a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, egg, and milk. Place the wings in this mixture and set aside.
