Ingredients: 3 tomatillos; 1 clove garlic; 1/4 onions; 2 serrano chiles; 1/2 cups fresh cilantro; 1/2 cups sour cream; 1/3 cups chicken broth; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 tablespoon butter; 800 grams chicken, shredded; 8 tostadas, corn; 300 grams refried beans; 1 cup lettuce, chopped; 1/2 cups queso fresco, crumbled; 1 avocado; fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Blend the green tomato with the garlic, onion, chili, cilantro, sour cream, chicken broth, and salt. Strain the sauce. In a small pot over medium heat, melt the butter and add the sauce. Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and cook until thickened. Add the chicken and cook for 10 more minutes. Season and remove from heat.
