Chop the onion, sauté in a pan. Add the olives, the fried tomato, mix and add the sliced mushrooms, stir a bit and incorporate the chopped garlic along with the parsley. Put the chicken in the pressure cooker, add the sauté, a handful of peas, white wine, chicken broth, and a small cup of coffee.
