Ingredients: 5 tablespoons olive oil; 1 clove garlic, finely chopped; 1/4 onions, finely chopped; 2 cups spinach, finely chopped; 1 cream cheese; 4 teaspoons salt; 4 chicken breast fillets, (not too thin); 1 clove garlic, finely chopped; 2 cups tomato purée, with Fresh Chile Del Fuerte®; 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated (1/2 for the filling); 5 sprigs parsley

Preheat the oven to 180° C. Heat three tablespoons of oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and sauté for two minutes. Add the spinach and cook for 5 more minutes, remove from heat and drain the spinach. Cool.
