Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, boneless, skinless; cut in half; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 teaspoon oregano; 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoons pepper; 1 cup evaporated milk; 1/2 cream cheese, 95g; 1 cup chicken broth; 1/8 onions; 1 clove garlic; 1 cup corn kernels; 3 tablespoons butter; 3 tablespoons flour; corn kernels, for garnish; oregano, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix the chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and golden. Set aside.
