Ingredients: 1 kilo chicken thigh; 1/4 onions, finely chopped; 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped; 1 bottle hot sauce, Norteña Cocina Mestiza®; 500 milliliters tomato purée; 1/2 cups vegetable oil; 2 teaspoons sea salt; 1 teaspoon black pepper; 5 potatoes, cut and cooked into wedges; 4 teaspoons butter; 1/2 bunches fresh cilantro

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and brown them in a pan with oil over medium heat. Be careful not to burn the chicken. Remove them and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic, add the chicken thighs, the Norteña Cocina Mestiza® Sauce, and the tomato puree. Lower the heat and adjust the seasoning. Cover the pan so the thighs cook well. If you notice the sauce is too thick, add a little water.
