Ingredients: 1 kilo chicken drumstick; 4 tomatoes; 1/2 onions; 2 cloves garlic; 1 pinch oregano; 1 pinch cinnamon powder; 1 bolillo roll, or 20 popular or Mexican cookies; 1 tablet chocolate, Abuelita; 5 guajillo chiles; 1/2 liters chicken broth; sesame seeds, for decoration; 1/2 onions, to cook the chicken; 3 cloves garlic, to cook the chicken; 1 cube Knorr® tomato bouillon; vegetable oil, to taste

Boil the chicken with garlic and onion until it is cooked through, strain the broth and set aside. Clean the guajillo chiles, removing seeds and veins, and soak them while the chicken is cooking.
