Ingredients: 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped; 1 clove garlic, finely chopped; 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon; 2 cups chicken breast, cooked without salt and shredded; 1/4 cups sour cream, reduced fat; 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder; 8 corn tostadas, baked; 4 teaspoons Primavera Light® unsalted margarine

In a medium pot, melt the Primavera Light® No Salt margarine and sauté the onion with the garlic. Mix the above with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth, the chicken, cream, and nutmeg, and cook for a couple of minutes.
