Ingredients: 1 envelope chicken seasoning, knorr; 5 chicken breasts; 4 maguey, (leaves); 2 cans chipotle chile, medium; 15 cloves garlic, cleaned and peeled; 1/4 serrano chiles, or to taste; 1 kilo tomato; 1/2 onions, for the sauce; salt, to taste; 1/4 árbol chiles, or to taste; 1 onion, sliced for the chicken coating sauce; water, the necessary amount; 1/4 tomatillos

First, prepare the sauce to coat the chicken breasts by blending the cans of chipotle chili with the 10 cloves of garlic and adding 2 tablespoons of Knorr chicken seasoning with a little water. Then, wash the chicken breasts and coat them well with the prepared sauce, ensuring they are fully covered. Next, in a deep steaming pot, place water at the bottom and on top, place the maguey leaves to cover the chicken, keeping it warm and enhancing the flavor. Place the onion slices in between the chicken breasts, and sprinkle the rest of the sauce over the entire chicken. Let it heat for two hours, checking that the water does not dry out, adding more water if necessary.
