Place 1 tablespoon of butter to melt in the pan and sauté the onion cubes and garlic, add the chicken cubes and cook thoroughly. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from heat and place the chicken and onion in a bowl. In the same pan on low heat, place another square of butter and the sugar to form a sort of caramel. The sugar should not burn or turn brown; stir the mixture of sugar and oil before the caramel forms, then add the juice of 1 orange and stir trying to dissolve the sugar in the juice.
