For the marinade: blend the sour orange juice, ground cumin, achiote, white pepper, cinnamon, allspice, garlic cloves, and salt. Set aside. Arrange the banana leaves in a baking dish, add the chicken breasts, and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
