Although this protein can be enjoyed in many ways, there is one recipe that stands out for its great flavor: the roasted chicken!

Roasted chicken is an almost universal recipe, as a similar version can be found in all corners of the world. In Mexico, this type of chicken is often sold in chicken shops, markets, and even bakeries and is served with beans, rice, sauces, bolillo, tortillas, potatoes, and more, it’s a delight!

Mix the butter, La Botanera® Clásica, Chilito La Botanera®, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes, place them on a baking tray, and drizzle with a little oil, season with salt and pepper. Put the chicken on top of the potatoes, brush with butter until completely covered, and pour the vegetable broth and orange juice. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 170 °C for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
