For the marinade: Blend the tomato, cloves, cinnamon stick, oregano, white vinegar, chicken broth, onion, salt, and pepper at medium speed for 2 minutes or until everything is perfectly combined. Set aside. In a bowl, add the chicken legs and thighs, then pour the marinade over the chicken to marinate. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
