Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180°C) and flatten the chicken breasts. Tip for flattening the breasts: Place in a plastic bag (zipper type for freezing) and pound with a skillet or rolling pin until flat. Fill the chicken breasts with two slices of cheese, then 2 slices of ham, and finally 2 slices of cheese and roll up. Use a toothpick if necessary to hold the shape.
