Ingredients: 300 grams duck breast; 1 cup orange soda; 1/2 cups evaporated milk; 1 orange, for squeezing; 1 cup vegetable oil; 1 bunch rosemary; 1 bunch thyme; salt; 1 teaspoon cumin; 250 grams masa dough, blue, kneaded and seasoned; 1 avocado, for the puree; 1/2 cups sour cream, for the puree; 1 lime, juice, for puree; salt, for decorating; pork rinds, powdered; 2 green onions, in rings, for decorating; 1 avocado, in cubes, for decorating; sprouts, for decorating; lime, for serving

For the confit, in a medium pot add the duck breast with the skin side down and cover with the orange soda, evaporated milk, oil, rosemary, thyme and let it come to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, lower the temperature and add salt, cumin and cover. Cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally or until the duck is cooked and tender. Remove from heat and reserve the cooking liquid.
