We wash the cilantro and nopales thoroughly. We cut the nopales into squares and the green onions into strips, place them in a deep dish, and add salt to taste. On a sheet of aluminum foil according to the size of the chicken, we place a chicken steak and season it with salt to taste. Then we add the nopales with the green onions and a few leaves of cilantro. We wrap our chicken in aluminum foil and place it on the griddle for about 10 minutes on one side and 10 minutes on the other side.
