Preheat the oven to 200° C. For the Glaze, heat a small pot over medium heat with the butter, cook the onion and garlic, add the ginger, honey, soy sauce, star anise, nutmeg, rosemary, the 3 cups of Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries, and Ocean Spray® Cranberry Classic® juice, season to taste and cook until the cranberries soften. Cool and set aside. Chill slightly.
