Ingredients: 500 grams chicken breast; 1/4 cups vegetable oil; 1 1/2 cups onion, chicken-dish; 1 teaspoon ground cardamom; 1 teaspoon curry; 1 teaspoon garam masala; 1 cup plain yogurt; 1/4 cups whipping cream; 1/4 cups almonds; 1/4 cups grated sweet coconuts; 1/4 cups raisins; 1/4 cups mango chutney

Cut the skinless chicken into cubes. Heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onion with cardamom until it takes on color, about 5 minutes. Add the chicken and brown for 4 more minutes. Season with salt. Add the natural yogurt (unsweetened) to the chicken, stir, and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cover until the chicken is tender, about 15 minutes.
