In a bowl, add the butter with the rosemary, garlic, thyme, fine herbs, salt, and pepper, and mix until all ingredients are combined. Divide the mixture in half and set one part aside. Place the turkey in a baking dish or tray, tie the turkey legs with hemp string filled with the bread mixture, and cover with the butter you made earlier. Place a blanket of heaven over the turkey and melt the rest of the butter in a pan, then add the white wine. After that, completely coat the turkey with that butter.
