Ingredients: 1/4 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt; 4 ounces lettuce mix, greens; 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar; 1 teaspoon molasses, pomegranate; 3 tablespoons canola oil; 1 1/4 pounds lamb; kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper; 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard; 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt; 1 teaspoon fennel; 1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard; 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cilantro, or cumin; 2 tablespoons paprika; 1/4 cups almonds, toasted and chopped (for garnish); 1 tablespoon peppermint, finely chopped; 1/4 cups pomegranate seed, (for garnish); 1/2 teaspoons black peppercorn

Mix the ground mustard, coriander or cumin, paprika, fennel, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside. In a small bowl, mix FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt and 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, seasoning with salt and pepper. Spread a bit of the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt mixture on each fillet.
