Preparation
Clean the chili; remove the seeds.
Disinfect the Swiss chard and soak the chili.
Season the milanesa with salt and pepper, place the Swiss chard leaves and panela cheese on top of the milanesa.
Roll the milanesa with the ingredients. In a hot skillet with a bit of oil, place the rolls and cook until well done.
For the sauce:
Blend the ancho chili with 1 clove of garlic, the cup of water, salt, and pepper.
In a skillet, pour the sauce, cook until it boils, and place the milanesa rolls on top.
Presentation
You can serve with rice or green salad.
Tips
Secure the rolls with toothpicks.
