Blend ¼ cup of onion, 2 garlic cloves with the herbs in a blender. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and rub the turkey breast with this mixture. Place in the baking tray, add 1 cup of cider, and bake at 350 Fahrenheit (180 °C) until a thermometer reads 165 Fahrenheit (75°C) inside, about one hour, adding ½ cup of water if necessary.
