In a skillet over medium heat, cook the onion with butter until it is translucent. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the chicken breasts and whipping cream, reduce the heat and cook covered for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir occasionally.
