Ingredients: 1/2 cups butter, in medium cubes; 1/4 cups garlic, finely chopped; 2 cups ketchup; 1/2 cups mustard; 1 cup brown sugar; 1/4 cups Worcestershire sauce; 2 tablespoons thyme; 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar; 1 tablespoon árbol chile, in powder; 1 cup bourbon; salt; pepper; 2.1 kilos PROAN® Cowboy Pork Chops; 4 potatoes, in halves; bread for sliders; coleslaw; American cheese

Heat the butter in a pot over medium heat. Then, add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Incorporate the ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, vinegar, and árbol chili and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

When the BBQ sauce thickens a bit, pour in the bourbon and cook for 5 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. Remove the bone from the Proan® cowboy chops, place in a bowl, and drizzle with half of the sauce.
