Ingredients: 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 cup onion, finely chopped; 2 cups nopal, cooked and cut into strips; 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped; 2 jars xoconostle sauce Herdez®; salt; 3 cups pork rinds, chopped; tortillas; 1 cup tomato, cut into julienne; avocado, sliced; radish; lime

For the nopales salad: in a pot, fry the onion and add Herdez® Xoconostle Sauce. Cook for 3 minutes and add the nopales, cilantro, and cook 2 more minutes. Set aside. Assemble the tacos with the tortillas, chopped chicharrón, the nopales salad, the tomato, and garnish with avocado and radish. To accompany, add lime juice and enjoy!
