In a skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon with the chorizo. Remove the excess fat and add the onion and ground meat, cook for 5 minutes. Add the yellow chili, season with salt and pepper. Add the Oaxaca cheese and cook for 3 minutes or until it melts.
