Chorizo with Beer

This sausage is very popular in Mexico, as we add it to sopes, quesadillas, huaraches, flautas, and more. So we decided to give it a twist and added a bit of beer for more flavor, try it!

Did you know? Chorizo is of Spanish origin, but it transformed with the arrival of spices to the European continent. In that country, it is used to prepare lentils, fabada asturiana, montaditos, and more.
