Ingredients: 100 grams chorizo, fried and crumbled; 250 grams Oaxaca cheese, crumbled; pepper; 1 tablespoon butter; 1/4 onions, finely chopped

Sauté the onion in a skillet with the butter, add the chorizo. Once mixed, remove from the skillet and set aside. Lightly grease a baking dish, add the cheese and half of the chorizo. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it on low heat until the cheese starts to melt (approximately 3 minutes). Uncover and cook for another 2 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted. Put the remaining chorizo on top of the cheese.
