In a pot, boil water and add the guajillo. In the blender, place the guajillo, the cooking water from the guajillo, tomato, pepper, garlic, and salt to taste. Blend until everything is well combined; the sauce should be slightly thick. Add the orange juice, Oléico® oil, and achiote to the blender.
