Ingredients: 1 1/4 kilos pork tenderloin; 1/4 kilos seedless prune; 1 onion, slice; 1 teaspoon thyme; 1/4 cups olive oil; 1/2 bottles red wine; cornstarch; salt, to taste; 2 cups water; pepper, to taste

Put the oil in a pot and fry the loin. In the same pot, fry the onion until it becomes translucent, add the thyme and 2 cups of water, and let the loin cook on low heat, covered. Soak the plums in red wine meanwhile and add it to the loin once it's almost cooked.
