Blend the parsley with 2 tablespoons of oil, chicken broth, 1/2 onion, and lemon juice. Marinate the meat for 2 hours with the blended mixture made previously. Place the passion fruit juice, sugar (dissolved in white wine and cornstarch), and mustard over medium heat. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
