Mix the milk, butter, and hot sauce in a bowl. Place the PROAN® Cowboy Pork Chops in the bowl and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Add the egg to a bowl, whisk, and set aside. In another bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, salt, and baking powder until well combined. Drain the PROAN® Cowboy Pork Chops, dip them in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and return to the flour. Set the breaded chops aside on a plate.
