Ingredients: 2 tablespoons Goya® Extra Virgin Olive Oil; 2 cloves garlic; 1/4 onions; 3 tomatoes, cut in halves; 1/4 cinnamon; 2 cups chicken broth; 1 envelope Goya® coriander and achiote seasoning; 1/4 cups orange juice; 6 guajillo chiles, rehydrated, seedless and veinless; 2 morita chiles, rehydrated, seedless and veinless; 2 tablespoons Goya® Extra Virgin Olive Oil; 1 cup carrot, peeled and cut into thick slices; 1 cup potato wedges; 4 pork chops, thick cut; salt; ground black pepper; white rice

Sear the garlic, onion, tomato, and cinnamon over high heat with a little Goya® Extra Virgin Olive Oil for 5 minutes. Blend the chicken broth with Goya® cilantro and achiote seasoning, the orange juice, the roasted ingredients, the guajillo chiles, and the morita chiles until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
