Heat the oil in a Westinghouse® forged aluminum skillet over medium heat. Add the chops, season with salt and pepper, and cook the chops for 5 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside. Add the onion, chili, and tomato to the same Westinghouse® forged aluminum skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, return the chops to the skillet, pour over the sauce and chicken broth, and cover. Cook for another 10 minutes.
