Season the ribs with salt and pepper. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil, and when it's hot, add the ribs and stir them to brown evenly. Once browned, add the jar of Oregano BBQ Sauce from Cocina Mestiza and half a jar of water to the pressure cooker. Close the cooker, and once it starts to steam, let it cook for 20 minutes and then turn it off. Open the cooker, and if the broth is too liquid, let it reduce until the BBQ sauce thickens.
