Ingredients: 1/2 cups Kikkoman® traditionally brewed soy sauce; 1/2 cups butter; 5 cloves garlic; 2 sprigs rosemary; 1/2 tablespoons mixed pepper; 1/2 cups red onion; 1/2 cups carrot; 2 tablespoons flour; 3 1/2 cups red wine; 2 kilos pork ribs, whole; coarse salt, for seasoning; pepper, ground, for seasoning; mashed potatoes, for serving; rosemary, for garnish; thyme, for garnish; cranberries, fresh, for garnish; orange, sliced

Prepare the sauce: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat and sauté the garlic, rosemary, and mixed pepper until lightly browned. Then add the red onion and carrot. Cook for 3 minutes to let the vegetables take on a glossy tone. Pour the flour all at once into the saucepan and mix with constant movements; you will notice how the flour darkens slightly. This will be the right moment to add the red wine and Kikkoman® soy sauce. Cook until it thickens slightly and remove from heat.
