Blend the BBQ sauce, cherry jam, guajillo chili, red wine, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper at medium speed. Set aside. Season the Back Rib Proan® with garlic salt and pepper on both sides and brush with the previous preparation. Cook on a grill over medium-high heat for 1 hour. When the ribs are almost ready, brush with the sauce again.
