Ingredients: 1/4 cups Inés® Grape Oil; 1/2 cups onion, roasted; 2 cloves garlic, roasted; 3 tomatoes, roasted; 10 guajillo chiles, rehydrated; 1/4 cups orange juice; 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar; 1 cup achiote liquid; pepper; salt; 3 kilos ground pork; 1/2 cups breadcrumbs; 2 slices pineapple; 15 slices Manchego cheese; skewer stick, long; corn tortillas; onion, finely chopped, for garnish; cilantro, finely chopped, for garnish

Blend the Inés® Grape Oil, onion, garlic, tomato, guajillo chili, orange juice, vinegar, achiote, pepper, and salt for 5 minutes and set aside. In a bowl, mix the ground meat, ½ cup of the sauce, and the breadcrumbs until combined. Form 10 to 15 pieces of hamburger meat by rolling them into balls the size of your hand and flattening them. Set aside.
