To make it look nice, add strips of poblano chili on top.

Tips

To easily remove the skin from the chili, just place it on the stove over high heat on all sides, and after the skin looks burnt, put it in a plastic bag until the chili starts to sweat (5 minutes or more), take it out and remove the skin.
