Ingredients: 10 tomatillos; 1/2 white onions; 4 serrano chiles, deveined and seedless; 2 cloves garlic; 1 bunch fresh cilantro; 1 pinch salt; 5 cups pork rinds, chopped; 1 serrano chile, sliced into rings; 1/2 onions, sliced into rings; 10 corn tortillas

Heat a small pot with water, add the tomatoes, white onion, chiles, and garlic to cook them thoroughly. Remove the cooking liquid. Add all the cooked ingredients, along with cilantro and salt, to the blender. Blend thoroughly. Set aside.
