Ingredients: 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 onion, cut into pieces; 2 cloves garlic; 2 tomatoes, cut into cubes; 2 tomatillos, cut into cubes; 3 pasilla chiles, cleaned, deveined, and seedless; 2 morita chiles, cleaned, deveined, and seedless; 1/4 cups fresh cilantro; 1 tablespoon allspice berry, whole; 1 tablespoon cumin, whole; 1 clove; 1 cup vegetable broth; 1 tablespoon salt; 1 cup onion, filleted; 8 pork chops; 3 nopales, cooked; queso fresco, for serving

Heat a deep skillet over medium heat with a tablespoon of oil and sauté the onion with the garlic. Add the tomato, the tomato, the pasilla chili, the morita chili, the cilantro, the allspice, the cumin, the clove, and cook until everything softens. Fill with vegetable broth and cook for 10 minutes or until the liquid reduces, season with salt and remove. Cool slightly, blend the preparation until you obtain a sauce, and strain if necessary.
